Dry ice block press BJB 150/250

The BUSE BJB  machine is a press for the production of dry ice blocks. The thickness is achieved by an adjustable jet time. The required quantity of the blocks to be produced is preset using the operator control panel.

Dry ice Pellets

Pellets are not only used for cooling. They are also used as a means of blasting. The BJP 140S and BJP 30 pelletizers are especially suitable for producing pellets for jet cleaning. 

BJP 30

The BUSE BJP 30 machine is a press for the production of dry ice pellets.

The production output is approx. 30 kg/h in the case of 3 mm pellets.

BJP 140S

The BUSE BJP 140S machine is a press for the production of dry ice pellets. 
The production output is approx. 140 kg/h in the case of 3 mm pellets.

BJP 240S

 

The BUSE BJP 240S machine is a press for the production of dry ice pellets. 
The production output is approx. 240 kg/h in the case of 3 mm pellets

Dry ice - Reformer BJU 500

The "BUSE BJU 500" machine is a dry ice press for production of dry ice blocks by reforming  pellets.

 

The length and width of the blocks is 100 mm by 200 mm respectively. Block thickness is determined by an adjustable dosage and press stroke. The required quantity of blocks to be produced can be preseted on the operator panel.

CO2-Recovery plants for dry ice producers
