Medium: LNG, LPG, LOX, LIN, LAR, LCO2 and others.
Capacity: 50 to 3,000Nm3/Hr(unit), more capacity can be reached by multiple units in parallel.
Pressure: ≤40Mpa.
Structure characteristics:
